🚀 Senior Mobile Engineers – Sydney (Hybrid)(Flutter with either IOS native/Swift exp or Android native/Kotlin) $150–180k + Super + $10k bonus Hybrid model – 3 days in-office (Mon/Tue/Thu) Greenfield projects and major replatforming work A collaborative culture where engineers influence product direction Opportunities to step up into leadership roles as the team scales We’re working with a fast-growing fintech that’s building the next generation of consumer finance products. As part of their growth, they’re expanding the mobile engineering team and looking for experienced Senior Mobile Engineers to join. What you’ll do: Build and deliver new features in a high-traffic consumer app. Work across Flutter/Dart and native iOS/Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java). Own end-to-end delivery, from design through to release on App Store and Google Play. Collaborate in cross-functional squads alongside backend, web, data, product and design. Contribute to a replatforming initiative from native to Flutter. Ensure quality through automated testing and observability tools like Sentry/DataDog.
