Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in website management, IT support, and server administration. - Strong knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, and web analytics. - Experience with email system administration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with server hardware, operating systems, and networking principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
