Fortune 500 cloud based blue chip organization 12 months contract opportunity- with a high potential to go permanent Must be proficient in Korean and English language Offering: $450/day including super Location: Sydney CBD- hybrid work model About the role: As an individual contributor you will be focusing on ServiceNow Platform Technologies supporting users/administrators of our platform in the Korean language. This role will be responsible for case tracking and prioritisation, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of the most complicated and critical cases. Last but not least this individual will provide excellence in customer service to our Korean customers to ultimately drive to completions and total resolution of each customer support issue. Fluent Written and Verbal communication skills in Korean and English are required 2+ years of ServiceNow Development/Admin Experience is preferred 2+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred). In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle). Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept. Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation management. Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Service/Project Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog, Customer Service Management, Workflows & Approvals) Experience supporting and troubleshooting e-commerce applications with catalog, shopping cart, merchandising and payment handling is highly desirable. Experience troubleshooting web application Experience in troubleshooting Java Script Code.
