🚀 Technical/Strategy Project Manager – Technology Strategy, Financial Services 📍 Melbourne CBD | 💼 Permanent | 💰 $140K–$180K + Super | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days in office) MUST come from a large corporate environment – financial services/banking highly preferred Join a leading financial services enterprise delivering technology strategy, information security, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) initiatives at scale. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver strategic tech initiatives Drive GRC across projects Design and document Operating Models Lead annual strategic planning Develop executive presentations & board-level content Manage communication plans and change initiatives Collaborate with CIO, CISO, Risk & Compliance teams Identify, track and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory or governance frameworks ✅ MUST HAVE Requirements: 5–10+ years PM experience in large corporates (ideally financial services) Able to identify, track and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory or governance frameworks Proven expertise in operating model design Experience contributing to strategic planning cycles Skilled in crafting board-level communication Solid background in change management and comms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modelling, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
