<ul> <li>Location - ACT</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV2 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 12 months</li> <li>The role closes on 6th of February 2026</li> </ul> <span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Duties / Scope of Task:</strong></span><br> The Service Provider agrees that the following work will be undertaken by the Specified Personnel:<br> <ul> <li>Technical advice to design teams undertaking refit activities.</li> <li>Site surveys to document maintenance or upgrade requirements for all security infrastructure (including alarms, access control, CCTV, and public screening equipment).</li> <li>Pre-installation or pre-maintenance activities in Canberra (communications, installation planning, hardware procurement, logistics and freight etc.).</li> <li>Stakeholder engagement to assist with planning and completion of system installation or maintenance.</li> <li>Train and support staff to use electronic security systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Update site plans, as-builts, technical drawings, and other installation and training documentation.</li> <li>Work under limited supervision, including planning, prioritising, and organising work for self to achieve deadlines.</li> <li>Other duties as required by the Director, Branch or associated Project Manager.</li> </ul> <span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Skills, qualifications, and experience</strong></span><br> <strong>Mandatory</strong><br> The Contractor must be able to provide suitably qualified personnel with the skills, abilities, experience, and qualifications including:<br> <ul> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team.</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision in adverse or high stress environments.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.</li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications</strong><br> <ul> <li>Open Cabling Registration with Fibre and Structured Cabling Endorsement</li> <li>Working Safely at Heights</li> <li>Working in Confined Spaces</li> <li>Asbestos Awareness Certification</li> <li>First Aid</li> <li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 2.8 Technical - Configuration Management - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code -&nbsp;Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact Melody on 02 4086 8973 or [email protected] or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
