MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA PERMANENT $165000 - $180000 PER ANNUM I am currently working with a lean, collaborative SaaS who collect & utilize data for their clients to be as effective as possible for user engagement. They have built out a strong fullstack capable engineering team and have seen growth making steady progress across several continents. Due to continued expected growth heading into 2025, they are looking to add a hands-on technical lead/lead developer to oversee the engineering team and contribute to further developing their offerings and services. Day to day: E2E development, solution design & architectural decision making Leading from the front from a technical perspective Taking technical ownership of the product Adding value to the team through your experience and creativity Technical development and task delegation to existing team Testing code quality whilst meeting deadlines Experience required: 7+ years development experience Intimate knowledge of Typescript/Javascript eco-system & developing scalable products 5+ years' experience with React.js and UI design experience 5+ years' experience with Node.js and API development experience Cloud native background in AWS and experience with AWS tools Experience working on large databases SQL / NoSQL What's in it for you: Up to $180k + super (DOE) Hybrid opportunity (usually 3 days from home depending on schedule) Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in a scaling environment New offices in Melbourne CBD
