Sydney location - working from home flexibility $1,230 per day inclusive of super 6-12 month contract We are seeking a Senior Red Hat Delivery / Solution Architect to join a major project already in progress with a leading Telco client. This is a pivotal role where you'll act as the technical leader, shaping solution design, guiding delivery, and driving customer engagement. What you'll be doing: Lead the design and deployment of a new Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). Act as the technical authority, working closely with the customer and the HPE technical project team. Allocate work packages across delivery teams while ensuring project alignment. Be the customer-facing lead, facilitating discussions and providing clear, well-structured technical direction. Drive adoption of OCP, aligning technical solutions with the client's strategic vision. Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading large-scale OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) deployments, ideally in a Telco environment. Strong background in Red Hat Openshift, Containers, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management. Track record of delivering end-to-end greenfield OCP projects, ideally including Australian Telco experience (Optus highly regarded). Strong communication skills - able to write, present, and influence at senior levels. Ability to bridge technical delivery with customer requirements, justifying solution approaches with confidence. Requirements: Must be available full time for a 6-12 month engagement. Onsite presence in Sydney is essential (combination of onsite with the customer and in the office, and from home) Relevant Red Hat certifications/accreditations (senior/master-level) highly desirable.
