Software Development Lead/Lead Developer/Software Development Team Leader Role – Permanent Full Time! $150K base + super maximum Work for this great well-known product Australian organisation where you will get the chance to work within an innovative, transparent and high performing team environment. You will join the team as a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. This role is open to candidates in Melbourne (only) who is open to working 4 days per week in the office Work from office in Richmond, 4 days per week in the office (hybrid working) No overseas candidates, open to sponsoring local candidates with the right experience Salary: $150,000 base + super maximum Management (40%)/ Hands on (10%)/Technical Leadership (50%) Due to an expanding team, a Lead .NET Stack Developer role has now become available. Key Responsibilities:- Guide, support, and motivate a diverse group of software developers and testers to achieve project goals. Design and implement industry best practices for the development of web and native mobile applications. Lead agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and oversee sprint management to improve team productivity and product outcomes. Cultivate an environment focused on innovation, teamwork, and ongoing process enhancement. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with overarching business objectives. Maintain high standards of code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. Oversee and refine development workflows, emphasizing AWS DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline efficiency. Leverage expertise in C# and various frameworks to provide direction and resolve technical challenges effectively. Key Requirements:- C# .NET experience a MUST Over 5 years of experience leading software development teams in dynamic startup or high-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and effective sprint management. Practical experience with AWS DevOps, including managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and utilizing cloud services. Solid technical foundation in web and mobile app development (React, Flutter, iOS, Android, Node.js, etc.) along with proficiency in C#. Proven track record working with diverse, remote teams of developers and testers across multiple locations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Deep passion for driving innovation and effectively scaling technology teams.
