A leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Senior M365 Engineer with strong experience in the support, design and governance of the Power Platform stack (Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate) to join their team on a permanent basis. Joining a stable, collaborative team environment, you will leverage your strong M365 experience to drive the design, development and maintenance of their M365 environment, ensuring service standards and patterns are developed to increase user experience as well as looking for opportunities to further automate their platform. This is a senior role - to be considered you will need to have proven experience designing and delivering a range of M365 projects, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. To be successful in this role you will need: Tertiary qualifications coupled with relevant industry certifications Demonstrated M365 engineering / design experience gained within large, complex environments Strong experience in the design and deployment of M365 including Teams / Sharepoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior troubleshooting and problem solving skills Fantastic stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to influence and negotiate his is a Sydney based role which requires you to be in the office at least two - three days per week.
