Senior Integration Engineer | $175,000 + Super | Permanent | North Sydney | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH) We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join a large enterprise environment based in North Sydney. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day from home) and a salary of $175,000 plus super. About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of integration and automation solutions across a complex enterprise application landscape. You will work with modern integration technologies including iPaaS platforms, RPA tools, ETL solutions, and API frameworks to enable seamless data exchange and digital process automation. The position has a strong operational focus, ensuring services are stable, secure, and continuously improved. You’ll also play a key role in incident resolution, vendor management, and governance compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead operational support of integration services, ensuring uptime, performance, and user satisfaction Design and implement integrations using iPaaS, APIs, ETL, and RPA tools Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues with cross-functional teams and vendors Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and preventative measures Manage application security, compliance, and governance requirements Coordinate upgrades, releases, and change management with minimal disruption Skills & Experience Strong background in integration design and delivery (iPaaS, RPA, ETL, APIs) Experience in RESTful API development and management Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HR systems) Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Commercial acumen and ability to work in a large, complex environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $175,000 + Super Hybrid working model: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH Opportunity to work with cutting-edge integration technologies Permanent, full-time role in a large enterprise environment
