Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Complex Systems & Enterprise Solutions We’re looking for an accomplished engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering solutions that genuinely make a difference. This role sits at the heart of a large-scale, mission-critical environment, developing and supporting applications that keep vital systems running smoothly. You’ll be joining a high-calibre technical team working across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms – delivering from concept through to production, and ensuring what you build is secure, scalable, and fit for purpose. What you’ll do Shape and deliver solutions across Oracle Inventory, Purchasing for Supply Chain Management, HR/Payroll with rostering, and Recruitment & Onboarding systems. Build and enhance mobile applications and custom web applications integrating with Oracle Fusion and Oracle eBusiness Suite. Take ownership across the full software lifecycle – analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation. Collaborate closely with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with strategic roadmaps. Influence technical direction while mentoring others and sharing your expertise. Your impact The applications you create will be used at scale, supporting thousands of users and enabling critical operational processes every single day. Your work will directly improve how people access services, manage resources, and connect with vital systems. What you’ll bring Deep experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, NodeJS, ExpressJS), web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML), and programming languages (Java, Python, Groovy). Skilled in mobile app development using React Native and Ionic, with experience publishing to app stores and MDM platforms. Strong background in AWS cloud technologies, containerisation, and middleware integrations. Proven capability with authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, PKCE, SAML, JWT) and API security best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile delivery. Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design. It’s a bonus if you have Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, ADF, BIP. Experience in government, health, or financial services applications. Database expertise (Oracle, DynamoDB) and server infrastructure understanding.
