Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer – Permanent Full Time! $120K-$140K base + super maximum 🚀 Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Working 2-3 days per week in the office Full-Time | Permanent | Senior Full Stack Engineer | React | Node.js | React Native | Cloud | Role Summary Our client is looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. This is a hands-on position focused on both building solutions and supporting team growth. You’ll spend most of your time developing applications across the stack, with a portion dedicated to mentoring and collaborating with peers. Key Responsibilities 🛠 Technical Development (Primary Focus) Design and implement end-to-end solutions using modern cloud technologies Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js Develop user-facing interfaces using React and React Native Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) Work with both relational and NoSQL databases Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices 🤝 Team Collaboration (Secondary Focus) Participate in code reviews and pair programming Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement What Sets You Apart Problem Solver: You take a solution-oriented approach to challenges Versatile Developer: Skilled across frontend and backend technologies Cloud & DevOps Knowledge: Comfortable with cloud platforms and automation Eager to Learn: Stays current with tech trends and tools Team-Focused Leader: Supports others while driving key initiatives forward Qualifications 4+ years of full stack development experience Previous experience in a senior or leadership-level engineering role Proficiency in: Backend: Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS Frontend: React, React Native, Redux or similar libraries Cloud: Azure (or other cloud platforms), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code Databases: SQL and NoSQL systems Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ready to take the lead and make an impact?
