We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive smarter, data-led decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way Finance uses data by delivering innovative solutions, automation, and insights that create real business value. About the role As a Senior Data Analyst, you will: Bring data together, cleanse, and integrate it into platforms accessible to Finance Partners and business leaders Design and develop data models to support self-service reporting and visualisation Produce dynamic dashboards and reporting tools tailored to stakeholder needs Ensure data integrity within a strong governance and control framework Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics Build technical and data literacy capabilities across the wider Finance team Work closely with Finance leaders to deliver insights and solutions that support the future operating model About you To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or finance-related projects Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and DAX (Tableau experience a plus) Background in financial services or previous experience working in Finance Proven ability to design and deliver user-friendly data solutions and dashboards Strong business acumen, with experience in financial modelling and performance insights Degree qualifications in Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded but not essential) What’s on offer Work in a collaborative Finance team with the opportunity to make a real impact Lead automation and transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and insight Exposure to senior stakeholders and influence over strategic finance reporting A supportive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement If you’re passionate about data and excited to play a key role in shaping Finance’s future through analytics and automation, we’d love to hear from you.
