Talenza has been engaged by one of Australia's financial services providers to source to a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in complex transformations. 12M contract | Up to $950 + super p.d Requirements: 6+ years in business analysis, with experience in banking or financial services Prior experience on complex banking programs involving workflow tool/case management implementations (highly advantageous) Prior exerience working with operations teams to enhance key processes (advantageous) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proven ability to work on complex transformation projects Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.
