WFH / Hybrid – 2 Days in Sydney CDB office Immediate / ASAP Start Date About the Role Seeking highly experienced hands on Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation on a major enterprise-wide transformation program. This program is driven by a combination of regulatory requirements and a strategic focus on enhancing customer experience through modern digital, data, and platform capabilities.   You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business analysis across multiple concurrent work streams   What you will be doing: Lead the execution of business analysis deliverables across large-scale programs, including: Preliminary analysis and problem/opportunity definition Enterprise and compliance impact assessments Business process modelling (as-is/to-be, BPMN L2–L5) Elicitation and documentation of business requirements Requirements traceability across the full delivery lifecycle Deliver analysis outputs aligned to internal governance and industry best practices Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and clearly articulated Manage competing priorities and deliverables across multiple workstreams Required Skills & Experience Demonstrated ability to work on major transformation and/or regulatory initiatives Exposure to enterprise risk, compliance, or regulatory change End-to-end business analysis experience across large enterprise programs Expertise in process modelling (BPMN), requirements management, and impact assessments Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and outcomes
