About the job About the company: Talent is proud to partner with a multi-national IT Consultancy with over 20 years of experience in their field. They have an exciting opening for their first Senior Account Executive / Business Development Manager in region! Solutions on offer are vast, with a key focus on leveraging AI, facial recognition for security and compliance, business applications, software development, and managed services / support services. Additional services & solutions under their portfolio include SAP ERP, Salesforce, Datawarehousing, Power BI, Java and MS.NET, Azure, AWS Cloud services as well as traditional on-prem technology stacks. About the role: As the first Go-to-market (GTM) hire for Australia, you'll be tasked with working closely with the Country Director on establishing new business relationships. The role will see you run an end-to-end sales process as you on-board new customers. You'll have the opportunity to partner closely with the accounts you on-board, handling all up-sell/cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. From a delivery perspective, there is a team of Technical Account Managers to manage the technical requirements within your portfolio, and an established Presales team to assist you with all new opportunities. In time, this position will grow into a leadership role where you will scale the sales function further. Responsibilities: Generate new business across the SMB & Mid-Market sector Run an end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing the deal. Collaborate with partners/vendors on managing joint sales opportunities and leads. Manage on-boarded accounts and identify expansion opportunities Create, present solutions, and build relationships with Business Owners, and C-Level stakeholders Willing to travel across Victoria, and regionally as required Benefits: Structured career progression towards Sales Leadership Flexible work arrangements Uncapped commission structure Mobile phone allowance & company laptop All travel and accommodation are covered Salary: 150k + Super + Uncapped Commissions (200k+ OTE) About you: Have 5+ years sales experience working at an IT Consultancy / Systems Integrator (SI) / Managed Services Provider (MSP) Experience selling Software solutions/ IT professional Services to SMB & Mid-Market Have sold professional services across ERP, CRM, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Application Development, AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and more. Experienced with Business Development/Account Management/Client Management Able to exceed new business sales targets Have valid working rights in Australia
