Senior .NET Full Stack Developer – Azure | Full-Time | Hybrid (Sydney) We are working with a high-performing tech team who are on the lookout for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong DevOps and Azure experience to join their ranks. This is a pivotal role that blends full-stack development, cloud engineering, and automation, in a fast-paced Agile environment. Why it’s worth a conversation: Senior-level influence across architecture, DevOps, and feature delivery Heavy focus on Azure and automation – CI/CD, IaC, microservices Strong culture of mentorship, quality engineering, and Agile delivery Hybrid flexibility with a highly collaborative team environment What you’ll be doing: Delivering end-to-end .NET Core/Angular solutions in a microservice/event-driven architecture Building out scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Bicep Driving best practices across testing, performance, and code reviews Collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, UX, and Product Leading releases and assisting in production troubleshooting Mentoring junior developers and influencing technical standards What we’re looking for: 10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL) Proficient with Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end practices Hands-on Azure expertise, especially around DevOps tooling and infrastructure-as-code Strong grasp of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and team engagement skills Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a delivery-focused mindset Nice to have (but not essential): Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) Experience with DDD, clean architecture, or observability tools (e.g. App Insights) This is an ideal role for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to shape both the technical direction and culture of a growing team.
