<ul> <li>Location - ACT or VIC</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV2 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 4 months</li> <li>The role closes on 25th March 2026</li> <li>Reference: 1031125</li> </ul> <strong>Deliverables / Key Responsibilities</strong><br> <ul> <li>Work in collaboration with the various teams and the customer to develop and deliver workable security outcomes.</li> <li>Conduct security capabilities requirement analysis relevant to the system and its capability in a complex Defence environment (including support to technical certification, and security certification and accreditation processes).</li> <li>Oversee the performance targets and outcomes for the cyber security test and evaluation plans.</li> <li>Provide input to complex procurement activities including development of documentation (statements of work and statements of requirement) and the review and evaluation of responses to market approaches if req.</li> <li>Investigate, analyse and report on systems development security defects and requirements, along with developing and implementing recommendations and advice to address issues.</li> <li>Communicate in a highly effective, formal and informal manner including the use of advanced technical writing skills.</li> <li>Keep personal skills up to date, maintain awareness of industry developments and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Analyse, design, plan, execute, and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets while assessing and evaluating risk.</li> </ul> <strong>Experience/Skills Sought:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Postgraduate qualifications in ICT Management, Cyber Security or related security discipline; or equivalent work experience and qualifications.</li> <li>A current security clearance of NV2 (NV1 may be considered for highly suitable candidates).</li> <li>More than 8 years' experience in a security and/or cyber-security role.</li> <li>Strong customer engagement skills.</li> <li>Vulnerabilities assessment experience or understanding of the process.</li> <li>Risk management.</li> <li>Information assurance experience.</li> <li>Recognised cyber security industry certification, equivalent to one/more of the following:</li> <li>Experience with Foreign Military Sales procurement processes and activities.</li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of Defence processes and structure.</li> <li>Comprehensive understanding of the One Defence Capability System (formerly the Capability Life Cycle).</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 2.6 Systems and Software Engineering - System Security - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code - Information security SCTY&nbsp;- L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact [email protected]&nbsp;or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
