Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation: Lead and support teams in delivering via Agile methodologies, ensuring collaboration and continuous improvement. Agile Delivery: Ensure the successful and timely delivery of Agile projects by driving accountability, overseeing sprint progress, and removing roadblocks that could delay outcomes. Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and training to teams and individuals, whether they are new to Agile or have more experience, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
