Team: The Salesforce Technology Implementation team partners with clients to enable digital transformation from digital lending with Salesforce and nCino to CRM optimisation and enhancement. Leveraging a Powered Enterprise methodology, the team integrates best practices, change management, and tailored enablement to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions. Within this capability, the Salesforce Solution Architect team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade solutions that help clients realise the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Role: As an Associate Director - Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client strategies and transformation goals. You'll act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, define technology roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from ideation to delivery. You will: Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise programs Define architectural principles, development standards, and DevOps practices Develop phased implementation strategies tailored to client priorities Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Architects, and SMEs to manage scope, timelines, and risks Oversee integration architecture, data migration planning, and execution Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce technologies and features Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards Mentor team members and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership You will have: Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise implementations Strong track record of leading complex Salesforce programs and influencing senior stakeholders Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions Experience with DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills A passion for solving business challenges through technology innovation Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or System Architect are highly advantageous Australian Citizenship required Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
