<ul> <li>Location - Edinburgh, SA</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 14 months</li> <li>The role closes on 22nd April 2026</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Mange, monitor and report on financial operations activities within Defence.</li> <li>Provide advice relating to financial administration, interpret legislation and policy and exercise financial delegations.</li> <li>Facilitate the development of processes to support operations in a changing environment</li> <li>Apply knowledge and experience in accounting to undertake objective, systematic financial analysis and can draw accurate conclusions based on evidence.</li> <li>Resolve problems using expertise, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action.</li> <li>Ability to raise, maintain and pay purchase orders through ERP, or experience with similar systems</li> </ul> <strong>This includes: </strong><br> &nbsp;<br> 1. Monitoring finances including: <br>a. Maintenance of financial broadsheets <br>b. Coordination of financial discussions <br>c. Support of data input into budget estimate and review packs <br> <br>2. Management financial administrative tasks including: <br>a. Rephasing of project and product stale commitments <br>b. Management of Group Operating Budget <br>c. Preparation of tasking responses in relation to finance <br> <br>3. Financial administrative assistance including: <br>a. Procurement assistance in relation to ERP <br>b.
