Are you an experienced Quality and Process Improvement professional ready to make a significant impact? We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing business in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide to find a dynamic Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer who will drive innovation, quality excellence, and continuous improvement across the organisation. About the Role As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to develop and execute Quality and Continuous Improvement strategies. Your role will involve mentoring and supporting leaders at all levels, enhancing the company’s quality culture, and aligning safety and environmental practices with industry best standards. You’ll also play a pivotal role in maintaining HACCP and ISO accreditations, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards, and implementing robust quality management systems. This role offers flexible working hours and an opportunity to contribute to the success of a business poised for growth. What You’ll Bring We’re seeking candidates with: Proven expertise: At least 5 years in a senior quality/continuous improvement role, preferably in manufacturing. Technical knowledge: Strong background in ISO standards, HACCP, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies. Leadership skills: Ability to mentor and collaborate across all levels of the business. Industry experience: Exposure to packaging, plastic film extrusion, or flexographic printing (preferred but not essential). Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and extensive HSEQ and risk management knowledge. Communication excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Problem-solving abilities: A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with ISO standards and HACCP accreditation. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance safety and environmental performance. Manage supplier performance programs and internal audits.
