<ul> <li>Location - Canberra</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 4 months</li> <li>The role closes on 9th February 2026</li> </ul> <strong>Statement of Duties</strong><br> <ul> <li>Provide program/project management expertise to the program and Team, the director, and broader stakeholder group;</li> <li>Coordinate, manage and support the progression of the program/project towards achieving key milestone dates;</li> <li>Analyse project performance against agreed plans and develop and initiate strategies to achieve project outcomes;</li> <li>Provide input into the development of project planning, performance, cost and schedule documents and work breakdown structures in accordance with agreed procedures and performance standards;</li> <li>Manage schedule, risk, budget and resources, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to the project progress and issues in accordance with organisational requirements;</li> <li>Apply established technical, operational, professional and administrative activities, procedures, practices and project management methodologies;</li> <li>Contribute to the development of a range of additional program/project documentation;</li> <li>Coordinate stakeholder engagements/participate in working groups;</li> <li>Participating in/support to Introduction in Service activities;</li> <li>Develop and conduct briefings, workshops, and reports;</li> <li>Provide analysis and assessments and reports as required;</li> <li>Develop presentation materials and documentation as required;</li> <li>Support briefing, staffing and approvals of key documentation; and</li> <li>Travel to Industry partners and Defence sites to conduct project related activities.</li> </ul> <strong>Knowledge and Expertise </strong><br> The proposed candidate demonstrates extensive experience and expertise aligned with the following:<br> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Defence and Army logistics concepts and employment of logistics (desirable)</li> <li>Familiarity with technical regulatory approval processes (Airworthiness and Landworthiness desirable)</li> <li>Capability assessment and delivery against key developmental milestones</li> <li>Experience with project and capability Risk Management and development of Risk controls and management options</li> <li>Experience in planning and executing Test and Evaluation activities</li> </ul> Demonstrated leadership capabilities including strategic thinking, achieving results, and cultivating productive working relationships.<br><br> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 1.1 Program & Product Management Services & Support</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code - Project management (PRMG) - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact [email protected] or simply click apply to submit your application </strong><br> <br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br> <br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
