<ul> <li>Location - ACT</li> <li>Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 12 months | Possibility of Extension: 2*12 months</li> <li>The role closes on 30/4/2026</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li><strong>Governance &amp; assurance&nbsp;</strong>- Ensure delivery aligns with ICT governance, policies, regulatory requirements, and stage gate approvals across network and edge programs.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder alignment&nbsp;</strong>- Engage business, product, security, and technical stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements aligned to network strategy and cyber security objectives.</li> <li><strong>Executive reporting&nbsp;</strong>- Produce concise, high-quality reporting and governance artefacts with clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.</li> <li><strong>Technical coordination&nbsp;</strong>- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendors to align design, integration, and delivery.</li> <li><strong>Financial management&nbsp;</strong>- Own budget end-to-end, including forecasting, cost control, and variance management; ensure delivery within approved funding and drive cost optimisation and commercial discipline.</li> <li><strong>Integrated delivery control&nbsp;</strong>- Maintain oversight of schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring alignment to baselines across multi-site deployments.</li> <li><strong>Change &amp; risk management&nbsp;</strong>- Govern change and proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring impacts to design, security, budget, and delivery are assessed and controlled.</li> <li><strong>Delivery planning&nbsp;</strong>- Drive integrated plans across network, security, and infrastructure, actively managing dependencies such as carriage, site readiness, and vendor inputs.</li> <li><strong>Vendor management&nbsp;</strong>- Manage vendors and partners to deliver against scope, service levels, quality, timeframes, and commercial obligations.</li> <li><strong>Operational readiness&nbsp;</strong>- Ensure effective transition to operations, including service acceptance, documentation, and support readiness.</li> </ul> <strong>Technical Skills:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Desirable experience in previous roles working with technical resources and familiar with the following (or similar) technologies to deliver projects: Network Infrastructure - Expertise in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security (firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust). Cloud &amp; Virtualisation</li> <li>Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, SDN).
