You'll operate with high autonomy, driving meaningful outcomes across business and education. No sponsorship will be provided for this role. π About the Role My client, a leader in the education technology space, is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the product direction across digital platforms, curriculum delivery systems, and franchisee support tools. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and offers broad influence across the organisation, without direct reports, but with significant cross-functional collaboration and ownership. π§ Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and lead product vision and strategy. Chair the monthly Product Council to align stakeholders and prioritise delivery. Drive structured feedback loops from franchisees and end-users to inform roadmap. Collaborate with Curriculum, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and IT to ensure product alignment with both business and educational goals. Apply a lean product mindset with a focus on incremental improvements and data-driven decision making. β You Will Bring 8β12 yearsβ experience in product ownership/management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or franchise models. A commercial mindset with the ability to link product decisions to business growth. Strong stakeholder management skills across multi-region or complex business environments. Comfort working cross-functionally without formal authority. Solid understanding of UX principles and ability to integrate customer feedback. Proficiency in analysing product and user performance metrics. π― Success Metrics (First 12 Months) Establish Product Council and regular governance cadence.
