About the Role: As the Platform Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology landscape. Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee the design, build, and management of the company's platform engineering capabilities, leveraging Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of skilled platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Define and implement platform strategies to support greenfield initiatives and ensure scalability, security, and performance. Oversee the design, deployment, and management of Azure-based infrastructure and services. Champion the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable automation and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, robust, and secure platforms. Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud security, governance, and cost management. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Platform Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role. Deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies and services. Strong proficiency with Terraform and other IaC tools. A track record of successfully delivering greenfield projects in a fast-paced environment.
