<ul> <li>Location - Canberra</li> <li>Australian Citizens with TSVP Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 12 months</li> <li>The role closes on 21st January 2026</li> </ul> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure in alignment with organizational strategy and industry best practices.</li> <li>Administer network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network management systems.</li> <li>Monitor network performance, capacity, and reliability; proactively identify, analyze, and remediate issues to ensure uninterrupted service.</li> <li>Develop, document, and enforce network standards, policies, procedures, and configuration baselines.</li> <li>Implement and manage network security controls, including access control, segmentation, intrusion detection, and incident response coordination.</li> <li>Perform root-cause analysis for complex network incidents and lead resolution efforts within defined service level agreements.</li> <li>Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions with minimal operational impact.</li> <li>Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, cloud, and application teams to support integrated technology solutions.</li> <li>Provide expert-level technical guidance and escalation support to operations and service desk teams.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships, evaluate technologies, and oversee procurement and lifecycle management of network assets.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain detailed network diagrams, inventories, and operational records.</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotations and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.</li> </ul> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 2.13 Specialist Engineering - Communications Network Engineering - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code - Network design (NTDS) - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact [email protected] or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
