We’re responsible for building and supporting a supervisory system—built on Microsoft Dynamics 365—which is central to how we support Australia’s financial institutions. It’s a team that values learning, open communication, and thoughtful problem-solving. You’ll have plenty of chances to contribute, ask questions, and bring your ideas to the table. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and Enhancing Systems – Building out solutions in Dynamics 365 and across the Power Platform. Learning as You Go – Whether you’re new to XRM, PowerApps or Azure, we’re looking for people who are curious and eager to pick things up. Building Secure, Reliable Tools – Writing code that meets high security and compliance standards. Improving How We Work – Helping us get better at testing, automation, and using CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliably. Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Monitoring systems and jumping in to fix things when needed, so the platform stays stable and responsive. What You’ll Bring We’re not looking for perfection—but we are looking for someone who’s motivated, collaborative, and ready to grow. Ideally, you’ll have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expereince with some of - Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps or Azure Functions. A solid understanding of source control (Git), and how modern development teams work. Basic knowledge of databases and data structures. A team mindset—you enjoy working with others and learning from different perspectives. The ability to explain your ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical people. Experience working in Agile teams, where things move fast and feedback is part of the process. A degree or qualification in IT, Computer Science, or something similar.
