Opus has partnered with a leading fintech start-up in Sydney on an IT Support & Business Analyst opportunity. The company has grown from strength to strength and has been repeatedly recognized with numerous awards for its innovation within the financial investment space. This is an exciting and important position within the company which has varied responsibilities, combining Level 1&2 End user support as well as working closely with internal stakeholders on Business Analysis activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who either wants to keep developing their IT skills in a fast-paced environment, or someone who has strong IT skills who is interested in a career pathway towards being a Business Analyst. The responsibilities are as follows: Provide Level 1&2 End User Support Respond to requests through JIRA and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 systems and applications Set up and Support Windows and Mac devices including MS Intune & Autopilot Work closely with the Business Analyst on various activities Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline business operations Gather and analyse customer data to identify trends to support business strategy Ensure smooth transitions for IT improvements with strong documentation Assist in aligning technology to business strategy Assist with market research and competitor analysis What you need to succeed: 2+ years experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices Proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, EntraID & Intune/Autopilot Experience working as part of a small team Previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent Experience working in a start-up or fast paced environment Relevant IT certifications or Bachelors Degree Previous experience in Business Analysis is a bonus If you are interested in the opportunity to join a fast-paced and highly successful Fintech company then APPLY now for a confidential chat!
