We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing rapid digital transformation to find an experienced IT Service Management & Compliance Assurance Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a critical role in shaping IT operations and ensuring compliance with leading information security standards. 🔍 About the Role Our client is looking for someone who can lead ITSM best practices, enhance governance frameworks, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as ISO27001, SOC2, CPS 234, and the Essential Eight. The role will be central to both internal process improvement and external audit readiness. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation and continual improvement of ITIL-aligned IT Service Management practices. Ensure ongoing compliance with key information security and regulatory frameworks, including ISO27001, SOC2, CPS 234, and Essential 8. Lead internal audits, gap assessments, and control testing activities. Work across teams to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit deliverables. Track industry and regulatory changes, advising the business on compliance impacts. Deliver training and awareness programs related to ITSM and information security compliance. ✅ About You Solid experience in IT service management and/or IT compliance functions. In-depth understanding of IT governance and security frameworks: ISO27001, SOC2, CPS 234, Essential Eight, and ITIL. Strong knowledge of IT risk, controls, and audit processes. Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. ITIL Foundation and relevant compliance/security certifications (highly regarded).
