IT Manager (Microsoft Environment) - Award-Winning SaaS Product Business - $130K+ Super + Bonus + Hybrid (3 days in the Sydney office) One of our favourite partner clients, a leading SaaS ☁️ product company with a well-known multi-award-winning culture, is looking for a driven IT Support Team Lead to guide a small team and ensure smooth operations for over 500+ internal users. This is an opportunity to manage a small team and make a real impact within a supportive and dynamic environment where you would be working alongside - software, data and cloud engineers plus sales, business support and operations. The Role As the IT Manager & Team Lead, you’ll oversee a dedicated IT Support Team in a Microsoft environment, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently. Your role will involve supporting users with Windows 11, managing Ops systems and network support, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance. Leadership Skills You will be a "Subservient Leader" You will have hired, on-boarded and upskilled a team You will be comfortable having regular one-to-one's, establishing areas of training/career growth You will be hands-on with the tools and be able to lead projects from the front You will be approachable, collaborative and supportive Technical Skills Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 in complex dev/cloud environments Knowledge of Microsoft Servers (2016-2022) and Active Directory Experience with Microsoft Intune and Office 365 administration Experience with Microsoft Entra and creating IDM policy Experience managing service level agreements (SLA's) Good experience in a system/helpdesk support role If you’re passionate about IT and have a knack for leading people by example, this could be the next step in your career.
