Our client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to support and enhance the delivery of complex IT projects, with a primary focus on data migrations and card payment systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the financial technology domain. Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for data migrations and card payment systems. Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and use cases. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration requirements and success criteria. Work with data architects and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance during migrations. Assist in testing and validation of data migration processes to ensure seamless transitions. Gather and document requirements for card payment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS. Support the implementation of secure and efficient payment processing solutions. Monitor emerging trends in card payments and provide recommendations for system improvements. Serve as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and align objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Requirements: 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on data migrations and card payments - A MUST Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of industry standards, including PCI-DSS and data migration best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
