<ul> <li>Location - Remote, Australia</li> <li>Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 4 months</li> <li>The role closes on 11th March 2026</li> </ul> <strong>PSM support</strong><br> <ul> <li>Familiarity with DEFLOGMAN and ESCM Chapters</li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of ILS framework within a Project/SPO environment.</li> <li>Experience in PSM governance, process management, and artefact development.</li> <li>Knowledge of CASG BMS, QMS interfaces, and related documentation structures.</li> <li>Ability to review, develop, and maintain controlled materiel and guidance documentation.</li> <li>Experience engaging across CASG, ML, and Defence Logistics policy stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to support users through advisory channels (e.g., AskML).</li> </ul> <strong>Scope of Work:</strong><br> The individual will support PSM by undertaking:<br> <ul> <li>Development, maintenance, and governance of ILS/IPS and PSM processes, including guidance updates.</li> <li>Management of PSM-owned BMS content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and IPS/ODCS alignment.</li> <li>Focused uplift of the Product Support Manual, including review and endorsement responsibilities.</li> <li>User support for ILS/IPS/PSM matters via AskML.</li> <li>Contribution to Defence Logistics Direction, policy development, and harmonisation efforts.</li> <li>Uplift of IPS artefacts and ASDEFCON content to align with IPS elements (from SSCCs), consistent with the proposed decision brief.</li> <li>Rewrite of the Support & Test Equipment Capability Systems Lifecycle Framework Document to align with new ODCS and IPS Manuals.</li> <li>Engagement with the CASG QMS Team to support BMS and documentation activities.</li> </ul> <strong>Deliverables</strong><br> <ul> <li>Uplift all identified documents, BMS, training materiel, ASDEFCON to align with IPS elements approach from SSCCs</li> <li>Documented contributions to DLN policy (DLMS/DLDA activities) and harmonisation work.</li> <li>Updated Support & Test Equipment Lifecycle Framework (aligned to new ODCS and IPS Manuals).</li> <li>PSM uplift including full traceability against rescinded DEFLOGMAN and ESCM content (refer below).
