<ul> <li>Location - Campbell Park Offices, Canberra, ACT</li> <li>Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract - 21 months</li> <li>Closing Date - 13th November 2025</li> </ul> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Lead, manage, oversee and report on all ILS Team outputs, functions and responsibilities.</li> <li>Provide support to SHFC and manage ILS Team input and resourcing.</li> <li>Manage the delivery of all ILS related deliverables including the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP).</li> <li>Manage, review and endorse plans, as developed by the ILS Team.</li> <li>Manage the review and provision of feedback for all ILS related Prime Contractor supplied deliverables.</li> <li>Manage the ILS Team review and consolidated feedback (for subsequent release) for all ILS related contract deliverables.</li> <li>Manage export controls for the SHFC Program.</li> <li>Represent the SHFC ILS Team and function at management forums and meetings.</li> <li>Generate and submit documents to support outcomes reporting requirements.</li> <li>Administratively manage the ILS Team, including, but not limited to, annual leave scheduling, travel schedule approvals, reporting, resourcing analysis and strategic planning.</li> <li>Mentor ILS Team members where required.</li> <li>Conduct all other tasks as directed by the SHFC Program Director.</li> </ul> <strong>Essential Experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Tertiary Qualifications in a Logistics Management related field.</li> <li>Experience in Defence sustainment and procurement.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in logistics related leadership and management roles, and an ability to coach and guide teams in the implementation of strategy and change.</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 3.1 Integrated Logistics Support Management - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code -Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact Melody on 02 4086 8973 or [email protected] or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARISZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
