Talenza have partnered with a client in the energy sector to find 2 Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialists. The Role The two roles are responsible for maintaining and evolving the enterprise IAM and PAM architecture, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. You will ensure the health, configuration, and strategic development of the IAM and PAM platforms meet organisational needs while aligning with security, compliance, and operational requirements. This includes monitoring, onboarding new applications, optimising platform performance, and providing expert advice on IAM and PAM governance, including integration with complex multi-domain environments and operational technology (OT). This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility around in office days but it's only open to Brisbane based candidates with full working rights for the period of the contract. The Requirements Proven track record of designing, deploying, and optimising IAM and PAM solutions at scale. SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer Extensive knowledge of authentication protocols including AML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos Expertise in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, or Entra ID Basic Knowledge of API Integration and ability to use scripting languages to automate Familiarity with PAM solutions such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust Thank you for your interest, at Talenza we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity.
