<ul> <li>Location - Sydney</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV2 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 12 months</li> <li>The role closes on 23/04/2026</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br> This role delivers daily operational management of the Fleet Battle Lab, ensuring the availability, integration and performance of Fleet's synthetic training hub. They will configure and maintain master gaming environments, simulation databases and manage cross-domain connectivity to enable high-fidelity joint and multi-domain warfare training. Leveraging deep warfighting and synthetic-warfare expertise, the role translates strategic guidance into executable tactical events and provides operational advice to support Fleet readiness, experimentation and mission rehearsal.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Requirements:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in the master game control systems underpinning military synthetic training, with proficiency in scenario design, database management, and the integration of complex simulation data (M)</li> <li>Established subject matter expert in synthetic warfare, integrating simulation capabilities to enhance joint and multi domain training outcomes.</li> <li>Extensive experience leading or contributing to the planning and execution of joint exercises and operational missions within a multi domain or joint (M)</li> <li>Extensive military experience in warfighting roles, with a strong understanding of operational employment and tactical execution.
