(M)</li> <li>Extensive experience leading or contributing to the planning and execution of joint exercises and operational missions within a multi domain or joint (M)</li> <li>Robust understanding of strategic and operational objectives, with a proven ability to distil complex guidance into clear, actionable tactical tasks and (M)</li> <li>Established subject matter expert in live training domains across maritime, land and air with the ability to work in joint and multi (M)</li> <li>Ability to work independently with strategic guidance and produce (M)</li> <li>Ability to deliver collegiate outcomes across board ADF Stakeholder organisations (M) &nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts confidently, clearly, and persuasively across diverse audiences.
