Their stack includes Node/TypeScript/React/PHP/AWS. The Role: As an Engineering Manager, you will: Lead, mentor, and grow teams of 8-12 talented engineers. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Advocate for and implement best practices, clean code principles, and robust testing standards. Stay hands-on to a degree, ensuring your technical leadership resonates with the team. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful software solutions. About You I am looking for someone who: Has experience managing engineering teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment. (SaaS background is ideal) Solid understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and integration patterns. Brings a strong technical background and remains connected to the tools and frameworks that empower engineers. (Node/TypeScript/PHP/Laravel backgrounds will be required) Champions best practices in software development, including clean code and test-driven approaches. Thrives in a collaborative hybrid work environment, balancing time in the office with flexible working arrangements.
