Nuage has partnered with an Australian-owned enterprise in the travel sector, embarking on a major transformation program. This role will see you join a large-scale AI initiative built on AWS Bedrock, where you’ll contribute to the delivery of an enterprise-grade chatbot and automation platform. The solution will leverage the latest Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities to transform customer engagement and operational efficiency. You’ll be joining a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge AWS GenAI technologies. This is not a role for someone learning on the job. We’re looking for engineers who can hit the ground running, with proven experience building AI-driven solutions in production. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered chatbot solutions on AWS Bedrock, integrating Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and workflow execution. Your work will involve implementing Generative AI solutions for customer interaction and personalisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance, and leveraging AWS-native services to optimise performance, cost, and reliability. You will also contribute to the ongoing architecture and evolution of the enterprise AI platform. Experience needed: Proven AWS GenAI delivery experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) Strong software engineering background (Python, Go, Rust) Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and prompt engineering You’ll be working at the forefront of AI innovation within the travel sector, helping to deliver high-impact projects that redefine customer experiences.
