<ul> <li>Location - Edinburgh, SA&nbsp;</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 7 months</li> <li>The role closes on 22nd April 2026</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Lead coordination and communication activities related to project training scope.</li> <li>Provide advice and guidance to the Project Manager in the development of project <br>training scope.</li> <li>Provide updates to training schedule and inform of potential training risks to the Project Manager</li> <li>Manage Training Working Groups and other stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Manage and lead the development, review and maintenance of Specialist training solutions to ensure they align with the Commonwealth's goals and objectives.</li> <li>Prepare and present accurate and relevant training documentation, training deliverables and reports</li> <li>Provide analysis and recommendations on specialist training and development activities and initiatives.</li> <li>Analyse and evaluate training development.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a cohesive, integrated and comprehensive offering of training solutions and learning outcomes across the department to drive desired outcomes.</li> <li>Anticipate, identify and analyse any potential issues and/or risks to training and provide workable solutions in line with strategic intent.</li> <li>Develop learning material for the training of Defence members and other support personnel relating to the capability.</li> </ul> <strong>Essential Qualifications and Experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>SADL Proficiency, extensive knowledge of the SADL framework and its application in the ADF.</li> <li>Experience in developing defence training programs IAW SADL and associated documentation.</li> <li>Previous Defence ILS, Capability Acquisition and Sustainment experience.</li> <li>Communication and negotiation, high level interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships.</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Background in Space technology and systems.</li> <li>More than 5 years of Defence Training management experience.</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 3.1 Integrated Logistics Support Management - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code - Project Management (PRMG) - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact [email protected]&nbsp;or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
