<ul> <li>Location - ACT&nbsp;</li> <li>Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract: 16 months</li> <li>The role closes on 25th March 2026</li> <li>Reference: 1031188</li> </ul> <strong>Duties will include:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Leading procurement activities and developing request documents.</li> <li>Provide contract management services (i.e. services relating to the management of contract post execution) including developing contract management frameworks, strategy and/or plan; contract performance metrics and requirements; develop, supply, or operate a contract management system, or processes/tools, to record, monitor and track communications between the parties; performance of the contract and financial status (e.g. payments made, balance against securities, etc.); material provided by one party to the other; variations and change proposals; intellectual property; claims by one party on the other (e.g. warranties, liquidated damages, defects, liabilities, etc.); and other important or necessary information in relation to the operation of the contract.</li> <li>The administration, drafting and development of procurement and contracting documentation (e.g. Contract Management Plans, Contract management systems, Change Proposals, Procurement Plans, Contract management processes/tools, Reports, Commercial Strategies for Sustainment).</li> <li>Supporting negotiations with prime contractors.</li> <li>Draft and update liability risk assessments and identify commercial risks and treatment methodologies.</li> <li>Support tender clarifications, in particular those aspects concerning contractual and commercial and financial elements of tenders.</li> <li>Develop and advise on Commonwealth procurement approvals including Endorsements to Proceed and Section 23 Delegate Approvals.</li> <li>Draft and update liability risk assessments and identify commercial risks and treatment methodologies.</li> <li>Support tender clarifications, in particular those aspects concerning contractual and commercial and financial elements of tenders.</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable Skills required:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Significant experience in materiel procurement and/or contract management.</li> <li>Experience identifying and managing commercial risks related to procurement and contract management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of probity requirements for Commonwealth procurement.</li> <li>Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal).</li> <li>Experience managing stakeholder relationships.</li> <li>The ability to work in a team as well as work independently.</li> <li>The ability to work to tight deadlines.</li> <li>Related degree or formal procurement contracting qualifications.</li> </ul> <strong>Additional Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>DSS - 4.5 Contract Management &amp; Contract Performance - L3</li> <li>SFIA Skill Code - Contract management ITCM - L4</li> </ul> <strong>Please contact [email protected]&nbsp;or simply click apply to submit your application&nbsp;</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>"We warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including First Nations Australians, Australian Defence Force and First Responder veterans, women in STEM, and people of all abilities, including those registered with the NDIS."</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><em>ARIS ZINC GROUP offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets.
