A leading insurance company based in Sydney is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer enterprise AWS cloud migration. Initially a 7 month contract highly likely to extend. Responsibilities: Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Compliance to enforce security best practices for migration Collaborate with the ISO team and other stakeholders to enforce security controls in platform configurations. Enable the vulnerability management process in alignment with group guidelines and practice Work with security team to enable security log aggregation for effective incident management. Reviews of IaC configurations with a focus on implementing security controls, optimizing configurations, and adhering to IAM best practices. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.   Key Skills / Experience: 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering with a focus on cloud engineering within an enterprise environment Proven experience with AWS security best practices, Strong Security Engineering background with experience across vulnerability management, SIEM governance, logging, monitoring etc Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services.
