CRM Business Analyst - Healthcare Healthcare CRM project within Gold coast Previous Salesforce experience highly advantageous $800-$850 P/D | 6-month contract | 3 days on-site Gold coast CBD Role: Join an established Salesforce partner on a new healthcare project within the Gold Coast. This is an initial 6month contract to begin with. The ideal candidates will be an experience BA with a strong background in the healthcare. If you have deep understanding of healthcare processes, coupled with hands-on experience in CRM implementation this would be perfect. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of a CRM platform. Responsibilities: Provide input to project estimates specific to declarative aspects of system design. Facilitate workshops and conduct requirements-gathering sessions, reviewing existing processes, systems, and documentation. Document as-is business processes and pain points, and design to-be processes that address these pain points. Translate business requirements into user stories. Identify and document use cases and test scripts tailored to user requirements. Develop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions. You will have: 5+ years of experience Business Analyst experience Experience within Healthcare Domain is required Extensive experience in the analysis, design, and development of medium to large CRM , systems or similar enterprise applications. Proven consulting and implementation expertise in translating business requirements into actionable business solutions. Strong executive presentation, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to explain complex procedures to colleagues and clients. Experience fostering team environments and delivering successful outcomes.
