Description

A major bank is currently seeking a Senior Azure Devops Engineer with expert terraform experience to join their team on a long term contract. Initially 12 month contract and hybrid (2 days a week in office). Sydney or Melbourne based- Hybrid Responsibilities: Design, build, and automate Azure Services with a focus on security, compliance, and cost optimization using Terraform for Enterprise consumption. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the banks Azure platform, it’s patterns, and tools Facilitate solution design and delivery phases to ensure timely resolution of design issues. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines Automate Azure services deployment Platform enhancements and platform improvements Mentor junior members Key Skills / Experience: Experience in Azure architecture styles, design principles, cloud design patterns, security and compliance automation, automated provisioning and deployments. Detailed hands on Azure Devops experience  Expert Terraform experience- Tasks such as new Terraform module creation, ongoing lifecycle of modules, application team capability builds via Terraform, and repeatable application automations Core Platform Enhancements and Maintenance- Responsibilities like shared services, logging, monitoring, account/subscription onboarding, platform integrations, etc Writing Azure detailed design documentation Troubleshooting in azure technologies and across multiple consumption models Cloud Application Build and Migration- desirable Agile methodology Desirable: AI/ML Financial services  Azure certifications If interested and you have the above experience please respond ASAP with your latest resume
