This role is customer-facing and requires strong technical expertise along with a passion for problem-solving. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, guiding customers through critical challenges, and ensuring a seamless support experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via web, chat, email, and phone. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify root causes of issues. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced problems. Document issues, solutions, and technical processes effectively. Contribute insights for process and product improvements based on customer feedback. Key Skills & Experience: 4+ years of technical support experience in a customer-facing role. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical issues. Experience with ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB frameworks. Programming knowledge: Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code. Advanced knowledge of MySQL/Postgres (Oracle is a plus). Understanding of remote administration tools (SSH, SNMP, WMI, PowerShell). Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
