<ul> <li>Location - ACT</li> <li>Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract - 24 months</li> <li>Closing Date - 14th October 2025</li> </ul> <strong>Deliverables:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Install, configure, and integrate applications in directed environments in support of the System.</li> <li>Install, configure and integrate enabling interfacing software for the purpose of enhanced transmission and ingestion of data in various formats.</li> <li>Engage, support and collaborate with enterprise ICT agencies to optimise application and network interfaces to assure data paths from deployed to strategic environments.</li> <li>Support in the development and management of the Digital Common Operating Picture, and associated interfaces.</li> <li>Develop training package material to describe the implementation of technologies and applications.</li> <li>Conduct on-the-job training to stakeholders.</li> <li>Provide technical support to Army exercises for role specific technologies and systems.</li> <li>Review, advise and contribute to the design of application integrated solutions and Strategic interfaces.</li> <li>Develop application integration design documentation, and maintain configuration control of the application documentation, as well as their implementation onto Test and Development and Production Mission System environments.</li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Extensive hands-on technical experience in software engineering / development.</li> <li>Working knowledge of open-source and proprietary message formats and application protocols employed in mapping, imagery, position & location information, and messaging.</li> <li>Working knowledge of networking, and virtualisation.</li> <li>Working knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux and/or Android).</li> <li>Working knowledge with integrating applications and middleware in closed environments.</li> <li>Experience supporting Defence or government projects.</li> <li>Experience in preparing technical and security documentation.</li> <li>Relevant tertiary and/or vocational education in software development / engineering or similar IT fields.</li> </ul> <strong>Desirable Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Relevant experience in configuring and/or employing the below applications:<br>a. ArcGIS Pro<br>b. ArcGIS Server<br>c. SitaWare (HQ/FL)<br>d. TAK<br>e. AFATDS<br>f. AMDWS<br>g. FAAD-C2<br>h. SNC TRAX<br>i.
