Location: Australia & New Zealand (Remote) We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on expanding high-quality affiliate partnerships and fostering long-term relationships within the Australian and New Zealand markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic affiliate campaigns to enhance partner performance, optimize conversions, and ultimately drive revenue growth through affiliate channels. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to enhance partner performance and engagement in the Australian and New Zealand markets. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure the sustained growth of affiliate-driven revenue. • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve overall conversion rates. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives and promotional plans. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and ensure continuous improvement of affiliate marketing efforts. Qualifications: • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and sales, with a strong focus on partner acquisition and performance optimization. • In-depth understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and key performance metrics. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage partnerships effectively. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand digital landscape and consumer behavior is preferred.
