.Net Technical Lead Lead with Purpose. Build What Matters. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on technical leader to guide the development of enterprise-grade applications that power our clients operations. In this role, you’ll do more than just write code—you’ll shape the way digital solutions are delivered, supported, and evolved across the organisation. Your Role in the Team As a technical lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of applications and platforms from the "project phase" in to support and maintenance. Your role will be to ensure the ongoing development and support for those applications and platforms, holding responsibility as the tecnical product owner for them.  Your role will be deeply technical in nature, leading technology initiatives, and having an input from architecture and design, right through to delivery. This includes managing platforms, setting technical direction, supporting your team, and working closely with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Keep our enterprise applications stable, modern, and fit for purpose. Set and maintain strong architecture and coding standards that guide the team and improve long-term maintainability. Lead the delivery of application projects that are on time, on budget, and meet the needs of the business. Guide and mentor developers, while overseeing the work of vendors and contractors. Stay across new and emerging tech—bring fresh thinking and help us align our digital direction with what’s next. Ensure quality through hands-on code reviews and best practice development processes. What You’ll Bring We’re after someone who combines technical depth with leadership capability—and who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You’ll need: Significant experience developing and supporting enterprise applications in a commercial or corporate setting. A deep understanding of .NET (full stack) and SQL Server—hands-on experience is essential. Knowledge of building cloud-first applications in Azure. Experience building modern enterprise web applications. A solid grasp of UX/UI principles and how they shape good digital products. The ability to lead teams and guide consultants and contractors effectively. Exposure to tools like MS Dynamics and SharePoint is a plus.
