.NET Technical Lead | Fintech | $195k + Super Sydney CBD- Hybrid, 2-3 days week in the office ASX Listed Fintech We’re working with a high-growth, product-led fintech that's looking for a .NET Technical Lead to guide one of their core engineering teams. This is a hybrid role that blends technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development - ideal for someone who thrives on both mentoring others and writing code. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of 3-4 engineers (mix of onshore/offshore), contributing to complex, high-impact parts of the platform while driving best practices, team performance, and engineering excellence. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading technical delivery and mentoring within a modern fullstack team (.NET/AWS and React), staying about 40% hands-on. Collaborating with PMs, other Technical Leads, and senior engineers to assess, plan, and prioritise work across projects and incidents. Supporting the team with architecture and design decisions within an established framework. Driving continuous improvement initiatives- this isn’t just feature development, it's about uplifting how the whole team delivers. Managing incident response, ensuring product quality, and assigning work in line with team capacity and business needs. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in .NET with good knowledge of AWS and React Proven ability to lead teams or projects in a technical capacity. Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design. Strong understanding of engineering best practices including testing, code quality, and delivery pipelines.
