<ul> <li>Location - ACT</li> <li>Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance</li> <li>Length of Contract - 5 months</li> <li>Closing Date - 21/11/2025</li> </ul> <strong>Key Outcomes</strong><strong>:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Review the suite of procurement and contracting skills and competencies established in relation to Defences' strategic procurement and contracting goals and priorities both currently and into the future.</li> <li>Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Defence and ancillary Procurement and Contracting Jobs.</li> <li>Family professionalisation activities organised by the learning framework (including but not limited to training, guidance materials and on the job learning) against relevant skills and competencies mapped for the P&C job family.</li> <li>Identify and characterise professionalisation gaps and opportunities and conceptualise corresponding best practice solutions.</li> <li>Prepare a Professionalisation Strategy paper and an Implementation Plan to guide, inform, deliver, promote, monitor and maintain proposed professionalisation suite.</li> </ul> <strong>Deliverables:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Review and suggest improvements or changes to the necessary skills and competencies to address Defences' strategic procurement and contracting goals and priorities using the framework.</li> <li>Provide a detailed evaluation and analysis of Defence's current P&C courses.</li> <li>Analyse whether professionalisation activities provide effective learning and development against the job roles and competency framework.</li> <li>Provide recommendations based on findings in the Training Gap Analysis to ensure the P&C job family has a fit for purpose suite of professionalisation activities in support of the Job roles and P&C competency framework and other professionalisation tools.</li> <li>Learning and Development Business Cases, costings and training volumes relating to the suite of proposed training solutions.</li> <li>Establish the delivery of tranches of solutions, key milestones, resources, and timelines.
